How to get to Devon Pixies
By Private Transport:
Catching the train - we are 500m from the railway station, exit the station on the North bound side and follow the path to the Kingston Butter Factory Cultural Precinct.
Catching the bus - the nearest bus stop is at Kingston Railway Station, alight here and follow the path to the Kingston Butter Factory Cultural Precinct
Within the Precinct:
Devon Pixies is in the wooden cottage, just past the Heritage Centre, with ramp access from the entrance Piazza and step entrance from the front of the house facing the railway.
T's and C's
- Your booking is confirmed with your pre-authorisation at the time of booking. Payment is to be made on the day of your booking, we accept cash and card.
- Final numbers and dietary requirements required 7 days prior to event date for group bookings of 8 or more.
- No changes accepted within 3 days (72 hours) of your booking without costs applied.
- If a member of your party does not arrive / is sick on the day of your booking and you do not tell us at least 2 hours before you arrive, their high tea must still be paid for. You can choose to have it boxed for takeaway upon departure, or have that portion served for the rest of the party to share.
- While care and correct food handling procedures are followed, we are a mixed use kitchen and cannot give a 100% guarantee of an allergen free meal. Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance of any severe allergies, or at the time of booking.
Refund Policy
- Bookings of 8 or more cancelling within SEVEN days of the event date will forfeit the full amount of pre-authorisation.
- Bookings of less than 8 cancelling more than 72 hours ahead of time can have their date changed at no cost.
- Bookings of 8 or less cancelling within 72 hours of the booked date will be charged the full amount of the pre-authorisation
- Any no-shows within a group will still required to be paid for on the day.
