No changes accepted within 3 days (72 hours) of your booking without costs applied.
While care and correct food handling procedures are followed, we are a mixed use kitchen and cannot given a 100% guarantee of an allergen free meal. Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance of any severe allergies, or at the time of booking.
Refund Policy
- Bookings of 8 or more cancelling within SEVEN days of the event date will forfeit the full amount of pre-authorisation.
- Bookings of less than 8 cancelling more than 72 hours ahead of time can have their date changed at no cost.
- Bookings of 8 or less cancelling within 72 hours of the booked date will be charged the full amount of the pre-authorisation
- Any no-shows within a group will still required to be paid for on the day.
