At Devon Pixies, we give you a relaxed high tea experience for you, your family, and your friends to enjoy. All you need to do is decide which menu will suit your party best and make your booking.
You are able to BYO your own wine / champage (please bring your own coolers, our fridge space can be limited), we supply the glasses.
How can we help? FAQ's
Can we BYO our own alcohol?
Yes you can! We provide wine and champagne glasses. Please let us know in advance that you are planning to bring your wine. You will need your own coolers / ice buckets and ice.
Can we bring our own decorations?
Yes you can! We provide a bridal shower banner with a gift table, and can change the table cloths from pink roses, to yellow/ blue/ green dots, to white with a grey runner, or even plain white.
Do we need to eat the same menu?
Yes - choose a petit high tea, or high tea for the party. Individual dietary requirements can be arranged within that menu.
What dietary requirements can you cater for?
We can cater for gluten free, lactose free, vegan, and vegetarian requirements. Please note that Devon Pixies is a mixed use kitchen and cannot guarantee a 100% allergen free product.
Can we bring children?
Yes, children are welcome at Devon Pixies. When you are making your booking, select the number of children in the numbers selection. Children 4 and under are free, please advise numbers at the time of booking.
Will we have the venue to ourselves?
This will depend on how many there are in your booking. Parties up to 20 guests may be sharing the cottage with others. Over 20 and up to 40 guests will have the cottage room to themselves. If you have a smaller party, you can request the entire cottage room with an additional venue hire of $500
Terms and Conditions
Our online booking diary provides you with immediate availability, if a date or time is unable to be booked, you will need to select another time / date.
To confirm your booking, you will need to complete the pre-authorisation link, there is no payment taken at this stage. Payment is to be made on the day, we accept both cash and card.
Cakes:
Devon Pixies is able to provide celebration cakes, decorated with buttercream and a celebration message
If you would prefer to arrange and bring your own cake, please advise Devon Pixies before your booked date. Devon Pixies does not provide a cutting / plating service for any cakes brought to the venue.
Final numbers and dietary requirements are due 7 days before your booking date, please email tea@devonpixies.com.au or call 0449 285 277 with those details. Your booking will be updated and confirmation will be emailed to you. Payment is to be made directly on the day for your confirmed numbers (minimum). Should any guests not arrive, their high tea will still need to be paid for and can be boxed for takeaway
CANCELLATION POLICY
- Between 30 and Up to 14 days before the booking date, there is a $100 cancellation charge
- Between 7 and 14 days before the booking day, 50% of your full amount will be charged through your pre-authorisation link.
- After 7 days and before 3 days prior, 75% of the full amount will be charged through your pre-authorisation link
- Cancellations within 72hours will be charged the full amount through the pre-authorisation link
